Innovation and success at the Technology in Action Lab

Milan, June 19, 2023 – The final presentations of the “Technology in Action Lab” projects from the Master’s in Innovation and Technology Management at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan have concluded.
The Camozzi Group opened its plants to four groups of students, each consisting of around 8–10 participants, to create and develop innovative projects with industrial relevance.
THE PROJECTS
- Camozzi Automation – “Revolutionizing Industries through AI, Sustainability, and Aerospace Innovation”
Three key themes were addressed: AI for industrial transformation, sustainable production, and Camozzi’s technological growth in industrial automation.
- “An Outlook on Fonderie Mora Gavardo”
An in-depth analysis of Fonderie Mora Gavardo, covering raw material analysis, supply chain management, and cost analysis, aimed at supporting the company’s evolution toward Foundry 4.0.
- Marzoli Machines Textile – “Recycling plants based on textile waste materials”
A study on textile waste recycling systems, analyzing technologies, machinery, raw materials used, production volumes, and the variety of products produced.
- Marzoli Machines Textile – “Sorting machines and plants”
A market analysis of machine and plant manufacturers, examining technologies, machine features, customization options, and available production ranges
