Innse Cilindri Acquisition Successfully Finalized

We of Camozzi Group have completed the acquisition of the Innse Cilindri Srl industrial complex, a company of the ILVA Group based in Brescia, under special administration since 2015. The final terms of the transaction are fully consistent with the industrial and employment plan presented by our Group during the offer phase.

A strategic step towards the future

This transaction represents a strategic step toward the creation of a new, unique and fully integrated industrial site in Brescia, resulting from the combination of the contiguous areas of Innse-Berardi, a Camozzi Group company, and Innse Cilindri. Within this integrated site, we will develop high‑tech mechanical manufacturing activities aligned with the objectives of the European Green Deal and with our long‑term sustainable growth strategy.

The industrial plan focuses on strengthening the site’s manufacturing vocation according to the principles of an innovative, digital and sustainable industry, with planned investments totaling €10 million.
From an employment perspective, the plan ensures solutions for all 84 Innse Cilindri employees, agreed upon with trade unions and fully aligned with the Group’s industrial strategy, with the aim of ensuring continuity, stability, and long‑term value for the local community.
