LINK: Our Corporate Academy Goes Global
Global training for all employees
"LINK – Learning for Innovation & Knowledge, our Corporate Academy launched in Italy last December, is now becoming international, opening its doors to all employees and collaborators worldwide. The goal is to create an increasingly interconnected working environment capable of valuing the cultural diversity of all the people within the Group.
The central pillar of the Academy is the e-learning platform, which—with more than 250 courses—promotes the sharing of our values and culture, the technical knowledge of products, and the strengthening of language skills and soft skills.
Innovation and the company’s success increasingly rely on dialogue and continuous exchange among all employees. For this reason, our Academy offers employees and their families the opportunity to learn up to five languages:
- English (GB)
- Spanish (ES)
- French (FR)
- German (DE)
- Italian (IT)
The language training programs use digital and blended learning methodologies and provide personalized content through artificial intelligence.
